Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: 19 September 2025
TL;DR: Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click and buy, I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. I only recommend tools and resources I genuinely believe help my audience.
What are affiliate links?
An affiliate link tracks that you visited a partner’s site from my content. If you make a purchase, I may receive a commission. This helps support my free content and keeps this site running.
How I label affiliate links
I clearly identify affiliate relationships so you can make informed choices. You’ll typically see:
A notice near the top of a page or post:
“This post may contain affiliate links. If you use them, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.”
Inline labels next to links where practical, e.g. [affiliate] or an asterisk *.
You’ll find similar disclosures in emails, downloads (PDFs), and social posts (e.g., “#ad”, “#affiliate”, or “ad/affiliate link” at the start of captions/stories).
Does this cost you more?
No. Using an affiliate link does not increase your price. In some cases, you may even get a discount or bonus via my link.
Editorial integrity
I recommend products/services I use, have tested, or genuinely believe are helpful for my audience.
Compensation never dictates my opinions.
Where compensation may influence placement (e.g., a link higher on a page), I still aim to present balanced, useful information.
Sponsored content & gifted items
If a post or video is sponsored, or I received a gifted product, I’ll say so clearly at the top (e.g., “Sponsored” / “Gifted”). Sponsored content follows the same honesty policy.
Tracking, privacy & cookies
Affiliate programs may use cookies or similar technologies to track referrals. For details on how cookies work on this site and how to manage them, please see the Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.
No professional advice
My content supports wellbeing, mindset, and business creativity. It’s educational, not medical, legal, or financial advice. Always do your own due diligence before purchasing or implementing any tool or method.
